These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "the T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player or visitor (hereinafter "you", "the Player" or "the User"), and xd777 (hereinafter "xd777", "we", "us" or "the Platform").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the xd777 website, mobile applications, account dashboard, gaming products, promotional programmes, payment services and all associated features and functionalities of the xd777 platform (collectively, "the Services").

Your continued use of the xd777 Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account with xd777 or to access any real-money gaming services on the platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all players accessing xd777, regardless of jurisdiction or device. By registering, you explicitly confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active xd777 account.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) xd777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. xd777 employs technical measures to detect and identify duplicate account activity. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, xd777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals without prior notice.

You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during the xd777 registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, current residential address and valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are obligated to keep your xd777 account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your personal details — including change of mobile number, address or payment methods — must be updated promptly through your xd777 account settings or via support. xd777 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated contact or payment information held on your account.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xd777 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your xd777 credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activities conducted through your xd777 account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. xd777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from phishing, social engineering, malware or other security attacks on your personal device.

If you suspect or become aware that your xd777 account credentials have been compromised, you must notify xd777 immediately through the 24/7 live support channel. You should also immediately change your password. xd777 will not be liable for losses incurred prior to receiving your notification of a compromised account.

xd777 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank and other bank transfers as made available on the xd777 platform from time to time. All deposits are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the xd777 account deposit section and may be updated periodically.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your xd777 balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect. xd777 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system downtime or mobile network disruption outside xd777's control.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your xd777 account are legally your own and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account or instrument used. Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other illicit source is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. xd777 cooperates with financial investigations where legally required.

xd777 does not impose additional charges on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees. xd777 has no control over third-party payment provider fees and accepts no liability for them.

Withdrawal requests from your xd777 account may only be submitted once your KYC verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw a balance that contains unwagered bonus funds will result in the withdrawal being held pending fulfilment of the relevant wagering requirement.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Standard processing times are as follows: JazzCash — 5 to 15 minutes; EasyPaisa — 5 to 15 minutes; HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank transfers — 1 to 3 hours. These times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside xd777's control, including banking system availability and payment processor volumes.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply to xd777 accounts. Current limits are displayed within the account withdrawal section and may vary based on your account tier, KYC status and payment method. xd777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts as part of its ongoing anti-money laundering obligations.

If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to a problem with your registered payment account — such as an inactive JazzCash wallet or a closed bank account — xd777 will contact you using the contact details on your account to arrange an alternative payment method. Unclaimed withdrawal amounts may be held in your xd777 account pending resolution.

xd777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion on the xd777 platform.

Bonus funds credited to your xd777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are detailed in the specific promotion's terms. Where a deposit bonus is claimed, the deposit amount itself may also be subject to wagering requirements — these will be explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

xd777 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk, mathematically structured bets solely to clear wagering requirements; and withdrawing immediately upon satisfaction of the minimum wagering threshold without genuine gaming engagement. Where xd777 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided without payment.

All xd777 bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. xd777 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

Participation in the xd777 VIP loyalty programme is subject to the xd777 VIP Programme Terms, which are supplementary to these general Terms and Conditions. xd777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time. VIP status is not a contractual entitlement and can be adjusted based on account activity, compliance and xd777's internal programme criteria.

All gaming products offered through xd777 — including casino table games, live dealer games, slot titles, sports betting markets and specialty games — are subject to the specific rules governing each game or product type. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or system failure during any game session on xd777, the affected round or game outcome shall be void and any stakes placed during the affected period will be refunded to your xd777 account balance. xd777 accepts no liability for losses arising from genuine technical malfunctions. Game outcomes displayed following a malfunction are not considered valid results.

Sports betting markets on xd777 are settled in accordance with the rules published within the xd777 sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute between a player and xd777 regarding the settlement of a sporting event, xd777's settlement decision — based on verified official results from recognised sporting authorities — shall be final. xd777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, obvious pricing errors or events rendered null and void by the relevant sports governing body.

All xd777 game stakes, winnings, jackpots and account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a game is provided by a third-party game studio in a different base currency, xd777's system automatically converts the displayed amount to PKR for display in your account. The conversion rate applied by xd777 at the time of the transaction is final.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the xd777 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, termination and, where applicable, legal action and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one xd777 account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account credentials;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through criminal, fraudulent or unauthorised means;
• Using any software, bot, script, automation tool or artificial intelligence to manipulate game outcomes, exploit betting markets or circumvent xd777's security systems;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using xd777 as a vehicle for the movement or concealment of illicit funds;
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward xd777 staff or other players through any xd777 communication channel;
• Accessing the xd777 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, if you are aware of such prohibition;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the performance, security or integrity of the xd777 platform.

xd777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, where xd777 has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; or any conduct deemed by xd777 to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension period, your access to the xd777 account may be restricted, including restriction of deposits, gameplay and withdrawals, pending investigation.

Following investigation, if xd777 determines that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, xd777 may close your account permanently. Upon account closure resulting from a breach, xd777 reserves the right to void all pending bonuses and, in cases involving fraud or criminal activity, to withhold and report the account balance in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Any real-money deposits not involved in the breach activity may be returned at xd777's discretion.

You may close your xd777 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Prior to closure, xd777 will process any pending withdrawal of real-money funds (subject to KYC and wagering requirement clearance). Bonus funds not yet converted to real money through wagering will not be paid out upon voluntary account closure.

Players who wish to self-exclude from xd777 for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the responsible gaming tools section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect upon confirmation and will remain in force for the duration selected. All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, user interfaces, game assets, audio, video, text and all other intellectual property featured on the xd777 platform (collectively, "xd777 Content") are owned by or licensed to xd777 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xd777 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any xd777 Content; use any xd777 trademark, logo or brand element without prior written authorisation; or frame or mirror the xd777 website on any other server or device.

Any unauthorised use of xd777 Content is a violation of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which xd777 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xd777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your access to or use of the xd777 platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses incurred through genuine use of the xd777 platform; loss of data; loss of profits; loss of goodwill; loss of opportunity; or losses resulting from interruption of service or technical malfunction outside xd777's reasonable control.

xd777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the xd777 platform — whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your xd777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits xd777's liability for: fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by xd777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

xd777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the wellbeing of its players. xd777 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools within every player's account dashboard, accessible without the need to contact customer support. These tools include:

In the event of a dispute between you and xd777 regarding these Terms, the use of the platform, or any transaction, the following resolution process applies:
